Welcome to Maease, operated by Beijing Blue Link Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we" or "us"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance and Changes​

1.1 Your access to or use of the Maease website, applications and related services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1.2 We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified via in-product notice, pop-up or email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
1.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules).

2. Description of Services​

2.1 Maease provides information display, collaboration entry points and related technical support for data asset scenarios including storage, processing, rights verification, trading, and supplying data to AI.
2.2 We may modify, suspend or discontinue features as reasonably needed, and will endeavor to provide prior notice except in urgent security or compliance cases.
2.3 Third-party products or links are the responsibility of those third parties.

3. Accounts and Security​

3.1 You must have full civil capacity (generally age 18+) and provide true, accurate and complete registration information.
3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activities under your account; notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3.3 You may not lend, transfer or sell your account, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3.4 We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, false information, fraud risk or prolonged inactivity.

4. Acceptable Use​

You shall not: post illegal, infringing, false, obscene, hateful or harassing content; infringe IP or personal information rights; distribute malware or disrupt the Services; scrape or attack systems without authorization; engage in fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities; or circumvent security, rights-verification or compliance mechanisms. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with authorities.

5. Data and Intellectual Property​

5.1 Platform trademarks, UI, software and content belong to us or our licensors unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 You retain rights in data and content you lawfully upload, and warrant that you have necessary authorizations.
5.3 You grant us a necessary license to use, store, process, display and transmit such content to provide the Services.
5.4 Rights and obligations for data trading or supplying data to AI are also governed by orders, authorization agreements or platform rules; in case of conflict, the specific agreement prevails.

6. Transactions and Fees (if applicable)​

6.1 Fees, payment and invoicing rules for paid features or data transactions are as displayed or agreed in writing.
6.2 You shall perform your obligations on time; losses caused by you are borne by you.
6.3 Disputes should first be resolved through platform negotiation.

7. Privacy​

How we collect and process personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services you acknowledge that Policy.

8. Disclaimers​

8.1 The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.2 Except as otherwise agreed in writing, we do not warrant the quality, legality, completeness or fitness of data provided by users or third parties.
8.3 For interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, network failures or third-party outages beyond our reasonable control, we will assist within a reasonable scope but are not liable for consequential losses.

9. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees you actually paid us for the relevant Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or the minimum amount permitted by law for free services). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.

10. Indemnity​

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and losses arising from your breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or improper use of the Services.

11. Termination​

11.1 You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time.
11.2 We may suspend or terminate Services under these Terms or applicable law.
11.3 After termination, we may delete or anonymize data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and law.

12. Dispute Resolution​

Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The award is final and binding.

13. Miscellaneous​

13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Services (except where a specific agreement applies).
13.2 If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
13.3 You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

欢迎使用由北京蓝色连接科技有限公司（以下简称「我们」）运营的 Maease 产品与服务（以下简称「服务」）。请在使用前仔细阅读本服务条款。使用服务即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本条款约束；如不同意，请勿使用服务。

1. 协议接受与变更​

1.1 您访问或使用 Maease 网站、应用程序及相关服务，即视为接受本服务条款。
1.2 我们有权修订本条款。重大变更将通过站内公告、弹窗或邮件等方式提示。更新后您继续使用服务的，视为接受修订后的条款。
1.3 本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则）。

2. 服务说明​

2.1 Maease 面向数据资产的保存、加工、确权、交易及供给 AI 等场景，提供信息展示、协作入口与相关技术支持。
2.2 我们可能根据业务需要调整、暂停或终止部分功能，并将尽力提前告知（紧急安全或合规情形除外）。
2.3 服务中涉及的第三方产品或链接，由第三方自行负责，我们不对其内容或可用性作出保证。

3. 账户注册与安全​

3.1 您应具备完全民事行为能力（通常年满 18 周岁），并提供真实、准确、完整的注册信息。
3.2 您应妥善保管账户与凭证，对账户下的全部行为负责；发现未经授权使用应立即通知我们。
3.3 禁止出借、转让、出售账户，或利用账户从事违法违规活动。
3.4 我们有权在您违反本条款、提供虚假信息、存在欺诈风险或长期不活跃等情形下，暂停或终止账户。

4. 用户行为规范​

您不得：

• 发布或传播违法、侵权、虚假、淫秽、仇恨或骚扰性内容；
• 侵犯他人知识产权、商业秘密或个人信息权益；
• 传播病毒、恶意代码，或干扰、破坏服务正常运行；
• 未经授权使用自动化手段抓取、批量访问或攻击系统；
• 从事欺诈、洗钱、数据黑产或其他违法活动；
• 规避平台安全、确权或合规机制。

我们有权删除违规内容、限制功能、暂停或终止账户，并配合有权机关调查。

5. 数据与知识产权​

5.1 Maease 平台的商标、界面、软件、文案与其他内容，除另有约定外归我们或权利人所有。
5.2 您对其合法持有并上传、发布的数据与内容保留相应权利，并保证拥有必要授权。
5.3 为提供服务之目的，您授予我们在服务范围内使用、存储、处理、展示与传输相关内容的必要许可。
5.4 涉及数据交易或供给 AI 的权利义务，还应遵守另行签署的订单、授权协议或平台规则；冲突时以专项约定为准。

6. 交易与费用（如适用）​

6.1 如服务涉及付费功能、数据交易或结算，具体价格、支付与开票规则以页面展示或书面约定为准。
6.2 您应按约定及时履约；因您原因导致的失败交易或损失，由您自行承担。
6.3 争议应优先通过平台协商解决。

7. 隐私​

我们如何收集与处理个人信息，详见 隐私政策。使用服务即表示您同时知悉该政策。

8. 免责声明​

8.1 服务按「现状」提供。在法律允许范围内，我们不对服务的不中断、无错误或完全满足特定目的作出保证。
8.2 对于用户或第三方提供的数据质量、合法性、完整性与适用性，我们不承担保证责任（另有书面约定除外）。
8.3 因不可抗力、网络故障、第三方服务中断等非我们可控原因导致的服务中断或数据丢失，我们将在合理范围内协助处理，但不承担由此产生的间接损失责任。

9. 责任限制​

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对您的累计赔偿责任不超过您在争议发生前十二（12）个月内就相关服务向我们实际支付的费用总额（如为免费服务，则以法律允许的最低限额为限）。我们不对任何间接、附带、惩罚性或后果性损害承担责任。

10. 赔偿​

因您违反本条款、侵犯第三方权利或不当使用服务导致我们遭受索赔或损失的，您应负责赔偿并使我们免受损害。

11. 终止​

11.1 您可随时停止使用服务并申请注销账户。
11.2 我们可依据本条款或法律法规暂停或终止向您提供服务。
11.3 终止后，我们有权依据隐私政策与法律规定删除或匿名化相关数据。

12. 争议解决​

发生争议时，双方应先行友好协商；协商不成的，提交北京仲裁委员会按其仲裁规则仲裁。仲裁裁决为终局，对双方均有约束力。

13. 其他​

13.1 本条款构成您与我们之间关于使用服务的完整协议（专项协议另有约定的除外）。
13.2 任一条款被认定无效不影响其余条款效力。
13.3 未经我们书面同意，您不得转让本条款项下权利义务。
