未成年人个人信息处理规则

本规则是 《隐私政策》 的组成部分，专门适用于未成年人个人信息的处理。如本规则与《隐私政策》其他条款不一致，涉及未成年人个人信息处理的，以本规则为准。

1. 适用范围与监护人同意​

1.1 Maease 主要面向年满 18 周岁的用户提供服务。
1.2 如您未满 18 周岁，请在监护人陪同下阅读本规则及《隐私政策》，并在取得监护人同意后使用我们的服务或向我们提供个人信息。
1.3 如您是未成年人的监护人，请认真阅读并确认是否同意未成年人使用服务及我们对其个人信息的处理；如不同意，请立即停止未成年人使用服务，并与我们联系处理相关个人信息。

2. 我们如何处理未成年人的个人信息​

2.1 我们仅在法律法规允许、监护人同意且为实现服务所必要的范围内，收集、使用、存储未成年人的个人信息。
2.2 处理目的限于：完成账户注册/登录、提供数据集加工与任务相关功能、保障账号与交易安全、履行法定义务，以及提供客服与售后支持。
2.3 我们不会主动向未满 14 周岁的儿童提供需要处理其个人信息的服务；如发现误收集儿童个人信息，我们将尽快删除或做匿名化处理（法律法规另有规定的除外）。
2.4 未经监护人同意，我们不会向第三方共享、转让未成年人个人信息，法律另有规定或为保护未成年人重大合法权益所必需的除外。

3. 监护人的权利​

监护人有权代未成年人行使下列权利：

  • 查阅、复制未成年人个人信息；
  • 更正、补充不准确或不完整的信息；
  • 删除未成年人个人信息（符合法定情形时）；
  • 撤回同意、限制或拒绝处理；
  • 注销未成年人相关账户；
  • 投诉、举报。

行使上述权利请发送邮件至：app@maease.cn，并说明监护关系及可核验的身份信息。我们将在核实后依法处理并反馈。

4. 存储与保护​

4.1 未成年人个人信息原则上存储于中华人民共和国境内。
4.2 我们采取不低于成年人个人信息的安全保护措施，并对接触未成年人个人信息的人员设定更严格的访问控制与保密要求。
4.3 超出保存期限或监护人依法要求删除的，我们将删除或匿名化处理（依法需留存的除外）。

Rules for Processing Minors' Personal Information

These Rules form part of the Privacy Policy and apply specifically to the processing of minors' personal information. In case of conflict, these Rules prevail for minors' personal information.

1.1 Maease is primarily intended for users aged 18 or above.
1.2 If you are under 18, please read these Rules and the Privacy Policy with your guardian and obtain guardian consent before using the Services or providing personal information.
1.3 Guardians should carefully decide whether to allow a minor to use the Services. If you do not agree, please stop the minor's use and contact us to handle related personal information.

2. How We Process Minors' Personal Information​

2.1 We process minors' personal information only as permitted by law, with guardian consent, and to the extent necessary to provide the Services.
2.2 Purposes are limited to account registration/login, dataset processing and task-related features, account and transaction security, legal compliance, and customer support.
2.3 We do not knowingly provide services that require processing personal information of children under 14. If we learn that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete or anonymize it promptly (unless retention is required by law).
2.4 Without guardian consent, we will not share or transfer minors' personal information to third parties, except as otherwise required by law or necessary to protect major legitimate interests of the minor.

3. Guardians' Rights​

Guardians may exercise, on behalf of the minor: access/copy, correction, deletion (where legally available), withdrawal of consent, account cancellation, and complaints. Contact app@maease.cn with verifiable guardianship information. We will respond after verification.

4. Storage and Protection​

Minors' personal information is stored in the PRC in principle. We apply enhanced access controls and confidentiality for personnel who may access such information, and delete or anonymize it when retention ends or upon lawful deletion requests.
